Refund policy

Any returns must be paid by the buyer. All returns must be sent in a non-used condition, flat packed as received in the original packaging. We will not accept a return and provide a refund if the item has been used or damaged.

Any goods which are faulty must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the item. Should the item be genuinely faulty we will do our best to provide a replacement and also provide a pre-paid return label. If you have made a purchase error, we will work with you to provide the correct item. We are here to help, your honesty with any matter will be highly appreciated.
